And just like that my Black radio is Blue! It comes with new labeled buttons on the front, new plastic screen cover, new PTT side buttons and a new knob for the top! These are all the parts that will break over time. The ONLY real wish I have now is the rubber cover for the mic/speaker and power. That is not part of this. One last note: There is no label insert in the front that says "Baofeng". Just say'in... I don't need it. Note from Ed: I'll see if I can get the label and cover added.

Was very simple process to brighten up my UV-3R. The one I received included the Baofang graphics and the cover for the power/mic plugs. I highly recommend this replacement cover and the UV-3R
