How to open the battery pack? No instructions on how to open. I dont want to force it and break it.

I have a AA adapter for each one of my HTs. It is a must have in your pack for when you won't have access to the car or AC to charge. The case has no instructions. If you use your thumb to pull back between the two metal springs, the cover will come off. The product works great.

I already have a way to recharge AA batteries via solar panels. Now with this item I can power my radio and have backups as needed.
